Frequently asked questions
We aim to ship orders placed by 1pm on weekdays the same day. However, the average order processing time is 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
Holidays, weekends and promotions can sometimes extend processing times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Delivery time by mail is usually 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery method.

Products in saleable condition have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act.
Return the product according to the instructions below. In case of any doubt, always contact info@ptvlabs.com before registering the return.
The right of return only applies to unused and resalable products that are in their original condition and with the original tags, bags and seals attached. For clothing and accessories, the product bag must also be in its original condition for the return to be accepted.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Go to account.ptvlabs.com and submit a product return request to us.
- Log in with the email address you used to place your order.
- You will receive a one-time password in your email, enter it in the password field.
- Select the products you want to return.
- The customer pays the shipping costs of €8.90 for the returned product and it will be charged to the customer when registering the return.
- Once we have approved the return, we will send the customer an address card for return by email, which should be placed on the package.
Once we have received the return in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product to the original payment method. Returns take an average of 3-5 business days.
Please note that we do not do exchanges, but returns are processed via cash refund. If the customer wants a new product instead, they must place a new order in the online store.
We do not refund the original postage costs of €8.90 for the order.
Please note that if a shipment is not collected, the original shipping fee and the return cost will be deducted from the refund amount, for a total of €17.80.
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will pay the return shipping costs and send the correct product or refund as we deem best. If the customer has been delivered the wrong product or the product is defective, they must notify us immediately by email at info@ptvlabs.com and the customer must keep the product until the matter is resolved. In order to refund the customer, we need the defective product back.
