The postal package is delivered to the nearest Post office or parcel locker. You will receive a notification text message once the order is ready for pick up. The shipment is stored for 7 days by Posti (FIN).
SMALL PACKAGE €5.90
The small package is conveniently delivered directly to the mailbox or mailbox along with other mail.
The checkout automatically suggests the Small package only for those products that fit into the permitted dimensions of the package.
HOME PACKAGE €14.90
Home delivery at the selected time. As a rule, Posti will contact you on the next business day after the order has been shipped and will appoint a delivery time with you.
Products in original condition have a 14-day return right. Return the product according to the instructions that came with the order. In unclear situations, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The right of return only applies to unused products with the original tags and seals attached.

Customer pays for the postage costs of returned products.
Once we have received the return, we will refund the product to the original payment method. Returns take an average of 3-5 business days.
For product returns, we deduct the original postage cost €7.90 from the returned amount.
If the product is defective or wrong, we will pay the costs incurred for the return and send the correct product instead or refund the entire sales amount to the customer. If the wrong product has been delivered to the customer or the product is defective, the customer must notify us immediately by e-mail email@example.com.
If the package is left uncollected, we charge a separate return fee of €7.90 for the uncollected package.
Please note that the original postage of the order, as well as the return cost, in total of €15.80, will be deducted from the refund amount for uncollected shipments.
