Knee Sleeves for Heavy Lifts

The measurements in the size chart are the circumference of the knee warmer when relaxed (not stretched). The material is firm but flexible, and will stretch 5-10 cm beyond the stated measurement.

How to take measurements correctly:

A (thigh): Measure approximately 5 cm above the knee
B (calf): Measure approximately 5 cm below the knee bend

Choose your size based on your thigh and calf circumference.

The knee warmer should be snug, but not so tight that the leg cannot bend normally. The material softens slightly with use. If you are deciding between two sizes, usually choose the smaller one.
