Strong vitamin D

Vitamin D promotes muscle function, bone and tooth health. Vitamin D also has an effect on supporting the immune system. Vitamin K2 directs calcium from the bloodstream to the bones and thus promotes bone health. Isn't it nice that bones stay together? Vitamin K2 also prevents many cardiovascular diseases.

Why use vitamin D?

Day by day, our normal diet is "impoverished". Efficient production is pushing products onto the market at a rapid pace. The downside is that the content of food has experienced inflation in recent decades, which is also reflected in the intake of vitamins and trace elements from a normal diet. We get vitamin D naturally from sunlight, but in Finland there is unfortunately little of it available, but fortunately we can remedy the situation with a vitamin supplement.
