Only three stars because I'm not sure what this is supposed to deliver.

Compared to the Marketing, this product doesn't deliver. Nevertheless - the sour peach rings flavour that I purchased is phenomenal in flavour!

I tested this PWO (stim-free) in four different contexts - Wrestling Training, Calisthenics Training, a weightlifting session, and a Rugby match. I never achieved a "skin splitting pump" as the marketing described. Nevertheless, I felt hydrated and had an amazing flavoured drink.

I tried this in both morning and evening contexts, and it does deliver on that - my sleep has not suffered due to this product.

3-stars, but would say if you adjust your mindset to view this as a hydration/sports drink, then it would easily be 4 or even 5 stars because of the taste.
