TOO EFFECTIVE!!

As usual, I took a heaping scoop, it was way too much! Having learned from my mistakes, next time a half scoop will suffice. Works well but cannot be recommended for evening workouts if you want to catch up on sleep at night. Functionality 5/5, taste 4/5.
